I have some shares in a cruise company that allows me to have on board credits when I book a cruise, and so far it has worked well. My share certificate is held by Hargreaves Lansdown and there's no problem there. But the cruise company now always want to see a very recent statement (or the share certificate) to ensure I am still a shareholder which is fair enough, but HL only issue two statements a year. How easy would it be for me to obtain the certificate permanently, and then I could send a copy to the cruise company which would solve the problem as they could keep it on fule. I only hold these shares so am not too well up on it. Thanks.:)

The very first step would be to pick up a telephone and call Hargreaves-Lansdown... have they not been able to help?!0
