There are 4 first prizes and 4 second prizes (together "Prizes"). Each first prize consists of 9 make up products and 1 brush set ("First Prize") and has a minimum value of £80. Each second prize consists of 5 make up products from the Sandstorm range and one brush set ("Second Prize") and has a minimum value of £70.

1. By entering the free Topshop Make Up prize draw (the "Prize Draw") you agree to these terms and conditions.
2. The Prize Draw is open to customers aged 16 or over, except for employees of the Arcadia Group and Bhs Limited, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with the Prize Draw.
3.If you are under the age of 18, you must obtain consent from your parent/guardian to enter the Prize Draw. By entering into the Prize Draw you confirm that you have this consent.
4. To enter you must complete and submit the Prize Draw entry form online by 11:59pm GMT on 8 March 2011. Only one entry per person. Topshop does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Late or incomplete entries and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions, will be disqualified and will not be counted.

6. First Prize winners will be the first 4 entries drawn at random. Second Prize winners will be the next 4 entries drawn at random from the remaining entries. All entries will be drawn under the supervision of an independent person within two weeks of the closing date. All winners will be notified by email by no later than 22 March 2011. Topshop's decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
7. If a Prize is not claimed by return email within 7 days of the winner being notified, Topshop reserves the right to award the relevant Prize to an alternative winner.
8. The Prizes are non transferable, non refundable and non negotiable. There is no cash alternative. Topshop reserves the right to substitute the Prizes for others of its choosing which have a value the same or greater than the original Prizes in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
9. Winners' details will be available for one month after the draw by sending a SAE to Topshop Survey Prize Draw, Topshop Marketing at the address below.
10. The odds of winning will vary according to the number of entries.
11. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree that your details, including your email address/address may be used to keep you informed about Topshop promotions, products and news. Topshop complies with the standard procedures laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. Subject to paragraph 14 below, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Topshop excludes responsibility and all liabilities arising from (i) any postponement or cancellation of the Prize Draw, (ii) any loss or, changes to, postponement of or use of the Prize, and (iii) any act or default of any third party supplier, which are beyond Topshop's reasonable control.
14. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit or exclude any party's liability for death or personal injury caused by such party's negligence, or for fraud.
15. The Prize Draw, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with the Prize Draw.
