I've bought lots of stuff in Morrisons and they're always good.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
What it may grow to in time, I know not what.

lol yeah right, conceivable just perhaps if they were growing in the bag...
Our Morrison's got them swept off the shelf as soon as they were stocked, happy with my 12.
None left today and last week they were putting out shoots pretty fast...0 -
Just don't plant them too deeply as they will sulk and refuse to flower. Good price by the way.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

Hope I haven't left it too late to look in my nearest Morrisons!A real bargain!
I paid rather a lot last year in a Garden centre, for two,one hasn't done anything , ie.,"Karl Rosenfield,"the other,"Duchess of Nemour ".showed a few leaves but hasn't flowered yet .They don't like being moved, once planted.
They will survive cold weather too!0 -

The books certainly say that (don't like being moved) but in my experience this thing about not moving them is completely exaggerated. I have moved about 25 of them and they always flowered again on time next season. Possibly the display would have been better without moving them but not noticeably so.
The key thing is move as big a rootball as possible, water in well for a few months (but not waterlogged), feed them up.
But do move them in Autumn.0 -

It may be difficult for you to believe, but stranger things happen!
I went in Saturday morning to shop for veg just after 8am. I spoke with one of the assistants and they reduced them. There were stacks on the shelves and the forecast for the day was rain.
In all candour, I didnt even think about it. Just picked a few up and now wish I had more!
Each store has a lot of leeway on pricing and reductions depending on the item."enough is a feast"...old Buddist proverb0
