Hase anyone done the painting games shops? I note the prices are high but the reimbursement is also high. I'm a little concerned since if I pay out all that money and then a technicality means no payment.. any advice?

    Many thanks :)

Only thing I can suggest is if it goes wrong and they refuse payment you could take it back for a refund as technically you are just a normal customer if the report is rejected. If you're worried I would make sure it's unopened and unused until it's passed for payment.

Depends on what kind of camera equipment it is.. is it body worn? HD? or is it a bag cam?

I have worked for Precision & Service Scan.

When I signed up for Precision, I did it with Roger via his email address. Done a few jobs for them (expensive speaker manufacturers) and they pay quite a generous mileage + parking fee allowance. Well recommended.

Service Scan is ok, although they dont really do a lot in my area

I can remember when GR used to do the above shops. They used to beg me to do it on the phone and as a final incentive said take the item back for a refund after 2 weeks and I could keep the reimbursement. So I got paid the fee and could keep the reimbursement too, which worked out at just less than £100.

It's funny how no one is prepared to do these visits on BARE. There are 3 in my immediate area which I could do, but it's too much hassle. So will just leave them.

Can anyone tell me how you account for any MS jobs you may carry out while signing on for JSA? Do you disclose the whole fee, or just the 'profit'?
Please forgive me if my comments seem abrupt or my questions have obvious answers, I have a mental health condition which affects my ability to see things as others might.

With JSA, anything that classes as "income" will be counted.

I personally class income to be profit only, so dont declare the whole fee as this will include your expenses.

But, I doubt they will care much until you get to the 16 hour "minimum" - anything below 16 hours dont worry them.
