Quick Q: I did a camera shop today, and the guy was great. I happen to know quite a lot about cameras and photography and his advice was spot on. My question is this: Do I mention in the report that have a high level of background knowledge and was impressed, or not mention I know my onions?

I'd definitely mention it. It shows the staff member has a genuine knowledge and interest and isn't just blagging it. I'm all for praise where praise is due.

Have had a query for a Gap Burger job I did a couple of weeks ago. Mostly asking me to confirm how long it took and to ask why it was slower than you would expect. Also asked to confirm that I met the description they give. Can't remember exactly what i was wearing (had never thought of keeping records of that for each MS job) but it describes someone older than me and wearing items of clothes I don't have, so whoever it was, it wasn't me!

Am wondering what the issue was but will answer as best I can.

you have to manually add all the clients. there are instructions on the first page in the abai blurb with a link.

i got paid full fee for closed shop with esa. i took a pic and when i called was told to submit report with that pic and answer no to everything
I can't see a link to anything apart from the shopping group I am with which I never see a job for. How do I get to see the Abai petrol?

The link is on the second post of this thread...under Aba-i Adding Clients.

Alternatively ring them up and ask! They don't bite...

Has anyone heard anything about a "chicken" open-day forum in June with Gyp?

Just picked up on some rumours and am curious!

Click on the link on the first page again and you will find links to several of the clients including the petrol one which is about half way down the page.:)

Having a really stupid, brain dead moment, for some reason I am seeing everyones references to the 1st page of this thread as being a reference to the 1st page on the Abai website.
Sorry all, how I am a mystery shopper with excellent observation skills is beyond me tonight!

I've been to a burger equivalent, I think they're worth it. Probably not so for chicken though, they don't have as many problems as burgers.
