Plus they do the calcs for you before Sept (I think), if you wait to Jan, you have to do your own. Particularly if you are due a refund, it's best to get it sent off.0

If you do it online (which I found really easy) it does the calcs for you too.0

Indeed. And it gets easier the better accounts you keep and the more times you do it. I've just done my third tax return in 15 months - having done my tax return for 10/11 a few days ago, my 09/10 in June last year and my 08/09 on deadline day in January last year.0 -

I have to wait for a few P60s to come in to help me work out how much tax I've already paid. Don't want to pay any more than I have to!!0 -
Thanks alot you guys for the tax help.
Its quite frustrating, the best job that Ive done so far, a mini supermarket within walking distance has just appeared on TNS again. But it says "You should not request this visit if you have visited this location within the previous 4 months." Oh well. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. Why thank you! I'm actually still waiting on my P60, but my earnings in my one employed job are low and very straightforward which means the cumulative figures from my latest payslip were more than enough to complete it. Equally, it's been a quiet, unexciting and frankly not particularly profitable year on the ms side of things due to other commitments. All in all the least exciting tax return so far.0 -

It was fine, apart from standing outside in the freezing cold waiting for customers to come out so I could interview them! The MS and the audit part was no trouble. Now just on to the reports.....:eek:0 -

Ah that good, glad they weren't too bad. How long did you wait outside? Mine aren't very busy locations, but I dont want to be hanging around too long. If I haven't seen anyone in 20 mins, I'm off! LOL0
