  • complain again...i had a closed clothes/homeware shop and took a pic. i was told to submit report with pic i took and i got full pay (no reimb but i was happy with the fee for taking a pic and taking 30 secs for a report!)

I explained to them that staff were in the store and if I had tried to do a pic I couldn't have gone back another time if they had wanted me to, and also that the sign was handwritten in the window saying they were closed, and was far FAR too small to show up in a picture! I had been to closed stores before, taken the pics, and been paid for that plus a revisit soon after when they were open again. To be honest I was so fed up with the attitude I was getting, I couldn't be bothered to finish arguing with them! The fees are ridiculously small and not worth it nowadays, I would rather stick with nice friendly reasonable companies!

ESA keep sending me the "Open opportunities in your Area" emails.

It is for the job that I released (and presumably no one else wants....)

    Hi all,
Would someone do me a big favour please, and let me know which companies do video work? We're considering getting the equipment (not so much me, but my husband is doing a lot of mystery shopping these days and it would be good for him to have the opportunity to earn more) but I want to send a quick email to some of them to see if there is enough work in our general area to make it worthwhile. I would also really appreciate a pm with a vague idea of what fees can be expected (I know you can't tell me exactly, but are we talking twice or ten times the normal fee?) We currently work across twenty or so companies, but with most of our work coming from Bare, RE, GFK, GR and GAP - should I just email those five?
    Thanks :)
Goal = £9,000 in 2011, starting in March
    Current total - £779 banked by 09/04/11
Also growing, scrimping and crafting to not need as much in the first place!

I'm not being funny here but google "video mystery shopper" and you'll see who are the major players are. If you contact the people you already work for, they will soon tell you if they have video work. For instance, GfK said they no longer do video but TERN do as that is how I got interested in it.

It only went to shoppers involved in a certain project...

Ah ok, must be one I'm not involved with.

On another note is anyone else getting 4 emails a day about ice-cream counters for React. It's getting really annoying, and I'm sure that if something happens in the space of about 4 hours to mean you can do one when you previously couldn't then you can just log on and apply without the need for another email.

Very rarely are any of the jobs near me that I get React emails about!

On another note .. I'm STILL waiting for payment from them from an attraction visit I did in February!!

I turned off e-mail notifications for this exact reason! I was getting loads of them, for nothing local so decided I could cope with just checking the board.

I feel for the guys who have those posh phones that make noises or vibrate when you get emails. ESA and TED REACT are email happy and send them at all times of the day. Had 3 this morning when I woke up at 8. !!!!!!!

I would be very grateful if someone could forward to me so I complete by tonight's deadline. Many thanks
