Well, not to worry about my earlier post about ESA.

Clearly I'm not going to get a general discussion and debate. It was not my intention to inform the competitors, simply curious about the legalities of what ESA and the client are doing and as mentioned, who would 'keep an eye' on the mystery shopping companies to make sure everything is ok. I believe they are on shakey ground.

Since i'm not only being shouted at on here but also insulted on facebook as well we will put the matter to rest.

Getting my new house keys today and was very excited. So thank you to those that have brought me back down to earth via your insults.

To those with a genuine reply, thanks for that. It's much appreciated.
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

Unfortunately its not about loyalty but about confidentiality and contracts. When you signed up to ESA I imagine you would have ticked a box somewhere to say you agree to confidentiality therefore you can't disclose the information to the company.

Unfortunately I think same goes for telling the competitor shops what they are doing. I think it's going to be a case of if you don't think its right or legal or aything else then don't do them :(

I agree with you and won't be doing any. There are some of my companies stores on there, I won't be telling them about that. But if mine came up then I would breach it and tell them (its unlikely my store would be comparable anyway)
  • Excited for you on house keys! Is it a big move for you?

Not good about the insults and its out of order :(

I do think ESA are on shakey ground with it and I certainly won't be taking any of those jobs.

Oh and good luck with the Op to Becles!

That is really sad about FB. Thats the thing that keeps me off MSE a lot, people getting all petty and childish and bringing things into RL.

Hope the new house is fab!

I took the responce as abrupt, snotty and not addressing what i had asked in a friendly thoughtful way. But rather a snappy comment aimed at me in a negative way, and i admit, i snapped a little as i was having a perfectly nice day and thought the post off hand.

As for you! As said before. Don't like it don't read the thread. I'm sure that if asked of the other members how often i 'snap' the responce will be very rarley but i only ever see you comment when there is an argument and yet again insult the 'friendlyness' of the forum.

I'm perfectly nice. One of the nicest people you could actually wish to meet. But i am getting fed up with your moaning.

Dont ask for peoples opinions if you arent in the mood for mixed batch. Quite honestly I dont care how many times you snap. It just seems silly to ask for opinions if you are then going to moan at getting them.

As for me posting only when there is an argument, check my posts of recent and you will see I have attempted to interact more on here and tried to help people and basically giving this place another chance but then I read comments like yours and think why do I bother. The only friendliness comment I have made is referring to you and your get off your high horse comment to another member when they gave an opinion that you asked for.

I know its very very unlikely but if you have agreed to aconfidentliality agreement and decide to break it then be very careful as you could be open to breach of contract. As I said very very unlikely but still possible.

Well I think you all saw my posts about what went on (Mums car petrol bombed and a few months later all the windows shot through)

So, massive move. I can't wait. We will be out of the war zone! just in time for summer to sit in the garden (without yobs) and only 30 seconds from my grandma which is important since my grandad passed just over a year ago and she cares for my little sister (little bit poorly), so, so so excited i can't explain. A whole new life for us all.
