PPI on Tesco Credit Card

Hi Guys, I'm wanting to reclaim my PPI from my Tesco Credit Card - I remember that I filled in the application form online, but don't remember anything about the PPI - I would have done this about 7 years or more ago. Does anyone know if the PPI was one of those options which was pre-ticked. Any info would be fantastic.

I am not sure on online applications, but I am sure someone will know as there have been lots who have applied online.
