Off Peak to change to 18:00-06:00 (Orchid dialer will need changing)

Just had my TalkTalk bill and it says that from March TalkTalk will change from 08:00 end for off-peak to 06:00 as they will be following the BT changes.

I will need to change the Weekday hours on my Orchid dialer which is currently set to 08:00:00 - 17:59:00.

  • Haven't got one myself but can I suggest that, when you change, you allow a little leeway - say set 'Weekdays' as 0557 to 1803 - just to allow for slight clock discrepancies.

Been conversing with Richard@Orchid and the 09:00 is set as the default when you create a new routing table. So be careful to make sure you change the day start time to 09:00 from the 1st March for any existing roting tables you have and also for any new ones you create.

Looks like there will be quite a lot of activity on the Orchid server and dial-in update phone lines during the night of 28/02-01/03.
