don't build up too much of an opinion yet, as it's still only a beta, not the final product. As for it being forced on you, you can choose not to download and install it....I'm still using IE7 as I think it's better than IE8. Thankfully, I'm still on XP so won't need to worry about 9 anyway on this machine....but may well try it on the lappy......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -
For those that have got 9 - how do you roll back to 8?
I hate 9 - and the worse bit is the 3 pop up messages every time at the bottom about default browser (click no each time, but still comes back the following day). Can't recall the other two messages - think one of them is around add-ins.0 -
you have to install 9 (and 8 on vista for that matter) by going to add/remove programs and then going into the Unistall Updates section - 8 and 9 were classed as updates rather than a whole standalone program......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
