Insurance has gone up because another drive hit me. !!!!!!

Hi guys
Some plank hit me last year whilst i was not moving and i had to make a claim against him. I am now not able to insure my car because it has sent my premiums through the roof.
How can this be fair! I was not at fault yet iam now paying the price for someone elses stupidity!
Is there anything I can do?
I also think insurers have it in for me. I went to get a quote from tescos, on a 1.2 Citroen C2, I am male, 28, have over 10 years no claims discount and I am being quoted over £350 for a 1.2!!
My OH is 23 has 5 years and is being quoted £250, how does that work?
Firstly £350 is low, in my area we pay over £1000, just out of curiosity which part of the country are you from. I am central Birmingham.
Secondly I have had the same issue, my insurance went from £800 to £3000 and so not realy insurable, this is because I have had over 7 people hit me, 2 of which my car was parked and I noticed them.
I am settling my claims in court but am leaving the possibility of me making another claim (not accepting part 36 offers). My claim is going to take all the insurance companies into the court to make them pay for my increase in insurance for the 3-5 years so that I am not at a loss. As thier insurance has to pay for my loss I believe that if I was not hit I would have had cheaper insurance and as a result have to have higher premiums. In the mean time Im catching taxi's as it cheaper.0
