Don't want to read and run, clever people will be along to help soon but I can see beans on toast, pasta bake at least once, 'full English' using the hash browns more beans and sausage... Check the cheap family recipes site for loads of ideas, I reckon it is costing me less than 20p a loaf to bake my own bread at the moment, so it might be worth investing in some bread flour and yeast?
Good luck, you'll grt through xAiming to be debt & mortgage free by November 2018!0 -

2 tinned chopped toms make a tomatoe sauce, use some for nan bread pizza with the nan and some cheese and make a pasta bake with some of the frozen veg and pasta
2 tins tuna use one for fishcakes and the other for tuna pasta
3 packs noodles stir fry
7 tins beans
dried pasta tuna pasta dish
mushy peas
spag and sausages
frozen nann bread nan bread pizza (have with chips or hask brown to bulk out if necessary
frozen roast pots
bag of hash browns
crumpets (frozen)
3 fishfingers
i frozen sausage
frozen chips
frozen veg stirfry with a pack of noodles
Marg
milk
small bit of cheese
a few loose pots make fishcakes with the tuna
I would get a bag of carrots or a soup pack if you can and make a big pot of vegetable soup which will be warm an filling and nutritious. Look out for cheap bread at the supermarket to bulk out all meals with and maybe another pack of sausages. Eggs are also a good idea. It's what is inside your head that matters in life - not what's outside your window

dried pasta, 1 tin tuna, 1 tinned chopped toms+ herbs = pasta bake
dried pasta, mixed veg & tinned chopped toms
bag of hash browns, 3 fishfingers, 1 tins beans
crumpets (frozen) + 2 beans of beans with curry powder mixed in = curried beans on crumpets
frozen chips + mushy peas + 1 frozen sausage
Above are my thoughts for what you have
If you can buy eggs that is omelette & chips using the bits of cheese you have, do you have an onion or garlic to help flavour this?
The sausage & beans in a tin could be a dinner for DD on toast or with a bit of mixed veg to pack out.
Other pack of sausages would go a long way too.0 -

hopefully this will help and good look"Let your boat of life be light, pack only what you need- A homely home and simple pleasures, one or two friends worth the name, someone to love and someone who loves you, a cat, a dog, a pipe or two enough to eat, enough to wear and a little more than enough to drink, as thirst is a dangerous thing" Jerome k. Do you have a local asda or morrisons??
Asda do jars of curry for between 5p - 9p, these are very delish and could be served with rice, pasta or chips. There are loads of smart price items you could get for a pound or two that would really give you many more options. Also, at around 7.30 - 8pm our Asda reduce bread to pennies.... we do the "bread run" once every few weeks and freeze it so we always have some in.... you can get 24 rolls for 9p!!!
Also try out Morrisons about 45mins before close. They sell all their fresh pies and chickens off at around this time. We frequently buy 4 pies for 29p and again, freeze them for use at a later date, these can be "nuked" but we shove them in the oven for about 45 mins and they taste like you just bought them.
I also agree with what other posters have stated... although I worry that eggs are quite costly these days, you could probably benefit from buying some fresh or frozen meat for the same price (smart price fresh beef mince is only 95p) or even buy a bag of smart price sausages, you could make a sausage casserole and do a fry up, pasta bake and maybe toad in the hole??
Good luck xStarting weight 17st 4lb - weight now 15st 2lbs

Great ideas here
Other non recipe alternatives are searching for hidden pennies (down the sofa, in drawers etc) or borrowing from friends/family be that money or food!
I'm sure you'll be fine with the suggestions you've been given
