Eggs are definitely a good buy - you can make frittata, omelettes, fry, scramble, poach or use to make pancakes, or cakes and if you have an Aldi they have a lot of veg at 39p a bag such as new potatoes, carrots, parsnips, broccoli and onions but it changes every week so I presume this offer is only on until Sunday.

Pancakes can be sweet or savoury so you could have american pancakes for breakfast or even english ones with lemon juice and sugar they are not just for Shrove tuesday.

porridge is a cheap and filling breakfast option and it can be used for making twinks, oatcakes, flapjacks and cakes and smart price in Asda is only 75p for 1kg

I agree that you should get some bread flour, plain flour, SR flour and yeast in then you can make your own bread, rolls, pancakes, yorkshire puds, cakes and pizza etc

Tuna fishcakes are easy to make just mix with mashed potato and fry or you could dip them in egg and breadcrumbs before frying if you have them.

Slice the sausage and add to the pasta with a tin of tomatoes

HM soup and bread is healthy and filling too

This is a good video to watch if you are a newbie to bread making
