Hi - I know it's been a while since a posting here but I wondered if there were still any bargain compost bins to be had? Checking at recyclenow.com bins in most areas I searched seem to be £17 now. Any other recommendations or tips? Thanks...0

A very useful item in the right setting but they attract rats and other vermin. We've had terrible trouble because of our neighbours rat attractor.

They only attract rats if used incorrectly. You should never put cooked food in them.
We had a rat, once, it came in, sniffed around and left never to be seen again. Rats are not interested in rotting veg and suchlike, it is the cooked stuff they go for.0 -
