Large Claims

After to day I'm due to file my money claim for near £3500 (including interest) which seems to be a lot more than most I've seen. Will they be more likely to fight it out in court? They offered me £1000 but I've turned it down.

How much is everyone else claiming?

That isn't such a big amount from other posts I've seen (both here, and at CAG). Treat it the same as any other claim (disregard the amount it makes no difference, they are still unlawful charges). I remember reading at CAG about one claim recently for over £11,000. They got paid in full.
