Hi people,
Could someone please help with the address of HSBC Bank? I am in the process of setting up a DMP with CCCS and have credit cards and bank account with HSBC but cannot find the main address for them.

I would guess it would just be your branch address?
Should be on the bottom of all your statements.0 -
I was also surprised to receive one of these booklets from NatWest.
Surely, as a matter of common courtesy they should ask their customers if they wish to receive such confidential information by post before sending it out or is that too much to ask?
Mine arrived by normal post (hardly secure) with the NatWest logo and the words “Private & Confidential” emblazoned on the outside of the envelope. Absolutely no attempt made to disguise the contents within. Perhaps a plain envelope for example?
My envelope could have been lost or stolen in transit, and whoever opened it would have my name and address together with just about every aspect of my financial situation over the previous twelve months.
Useful information for a potential criminal I would have thought.
I quickly skipped through the document and found a telephone number to ring if you wished to stop your account information being sent out in this way again. I found it quite ironic that when I called this number I had to answer a number of security questions to validate myself yet there were no such security considerations given before sending my confidential account information out in the first place.0
