DLA & ESA is it better to claim online or complete with pen

As the heading I have just realised you can opt to:

1) Call for the claim pack.
2) Download to fill in by the 'old fashioned' pen way.
3) Complete online which I guess would make 'copy and paste' and printing a copy easier.

Any views for, or against, whichever method?

Make sure you save at each page completed, would be anightmare if internet crashes, as far as i know once you submit online applications they send you a copy for you to sign the declaration and you can then post back with any supporting evidence

for DLA pen every time, we have had posters here who have rashly banged out the online form and have messed up royally, you need to consider the answers carefully to make sure that you put the relevant information into each answer but for ESA it dosnt really matter.

Also remember to photocopy a DLA form before posting, the form is also dated so that you get paid from the date the form was sent out if you get an award so you neednt worry about losing money by doing it the old fashioned way.
