Advice about a car I bought in October 2010

Hi all,

I recently bought a used car from a local dealer in Oct last year. I was given a 30 day warrenty for major componants. 2 1/2 weeks after purchase the engine management light came on the dashboard. Took it straight back as was sent to their garage. A diagnosic was run and 3 issues came up. One of them said the car needed to go to a Fiat garage (which this garage is not) I booked the car in with them a few days later and they said theyd sort it. They only had the car 2 and a half hours and it did not go to a fiat garage. Anyway light stayed off until near xmas when it came back on again. Took it back, explain what happened and they ran diagnostic again. This time they said it couldnt read any codes so he had reset the light. I explain about it saying it should go to Fiat, he said that was probably why it didnt read codes but he had knocked light off and needed to wait for it to come back on again. Next day it came on again but garage was closed. Then it has been intermitant since then. I finally got to take it back on Monday this week, went through whole thing again they kept it and apparently replaced a coil. Light was off but low and behold its back on again. Now the warrenty had expired but I know that I have up to 6 months to complain regardless of warrenty which they know I know. I really feel like they are taking the pee with me and biding time until I can no longer complain about it. My question is does anyone have any advice about what i could say/do when I take the car back yet again tomorrow? Thanks x
