Doing up my kitchen

Hi
I am planning to do up my kitchen over the next few months. I plan to keep my existing cupboards as my kitchen is small and there is not much scope for moving them, so it seems pointless to get new ones in exactly the same place.
These are my plans:
New cupboard doors and door fronts etc.
New worktop and sink
New tiling
New appliances (gas hob, electric oven and cooker hood, all to replace existing)
I would like to buy the materials myself and get someone in to fit them. Would one person be able to do all of it, or do I need to get a few different people in, e.g. does the hob need to be replaced by someone Gas Safe registered?

Local kitchen fitter should be able to sort out most of it (might do the tiling as well). Definitely use a gas safe engineer for the gas appliance.0

Thanks. I know a good gas fitter/plumber (he did my boiler and bathroom two years ago) who also does tiling.0

Some kitchen fitters do the tiling, some don't I've found.
The guy I got was more of a carpenter / joiner, so he didn't do tiling.
Sounds like the plan you have is pretty solid. I did all the sourcing of materials etc myself and got a good result by going for cheaper appliances but then spending the money on worktops and (important but small) the unit handles themselves. All of which added up to an expensive looking kitchen but at a fraction of the cost!0
