Topcashback tracks rarely. Just me, or everyone else?

I've gone through TCB several times, and only ever had 1 transaction track properly (for 27p....). Really annoying. I'm sticking with quidco now, never had a problem with them.

Same for me, rarely if ever tracks and the test says its fine. Always having to raise tickets which is a pain in the rear.

another one where it hardly ever tracks, oddly only small ones, dont have any probs with quidco and follow all of the "rule" however a friend has never had a problem with them so no idea why it doesnt like me

the ones that track tend to be debenhams, what I find strange is that topcash take an extra month to get me the cash than quidco does.

TCB tracks OK for me, and it doesn't cost a fiver each year!

The only failure I've had was when I paid for my wife's car insurance with ASDA - got nothing despite raising a ticket. I suspect that it was because I was not strictly adhering to the T&Cs because I was using my TCB account for a policy which wasn't mine. We now each have a TCB account, no problems so far.

I've had just the opposite experience. Lots of problems with Quidco (not tracking/paying up) and never had a problem with TCB and always seem to pay quicker.

I've never had any problems,i always log in via a different browser than the one i use day to day,i use it for general shopping such as Ebay,Debenhams,New Look,M&S etc

Perhaps it's the merchants and not TCB?

There are 2 or 3 sites I use through TCB that never track, Debenhams being one of them, can't be bothered with the hassle of chasing it up.

Most of them track ok though.

I have never had a problem with TCB until now! Been using them for several years and over £400 cashback received. However, the last three transactions have failed to track??? Very odd.

I've only got good things to say about Topcashback.

All of my cashbacks have all tracked 100% and all paid up on time.

I have over £500 cashback from topcashback. I only use topcashback now. I have tried others starting with Quidco - stopped using them because of their ridiculous £5 charge. Topcashback don't charge and their cashbacks match if not beat those offered by Quidco. Don't forget Quidco tried to play a dirty tricks to prevent the same cashbacks being offered to other cashback sites.

Topcashback just appears a better and well run site and seems to look out for its customers.

Also the cashback amounts tend to be better than others including quidco.

The only problem I had is with one cashback which was a £70 cashback for orange broadband and phone. I raised a ticket and about a month or so they manually got the cashback from Orange and credited my account.
