Lovefilm DVD Missing

Not sure if I'm in the right area for this question.
Has anyone posted a DVD back to Lovefilm which was lost in the post.
I had a message flash up on the website when I reported the problem saying that a form would be sent and if not returned within a certain period, then £20 would be charged.
No form has arrived yet but I don't want to be caught out with this one. My account does not show this film as missing, even though customer services say they have not received it.
I've rented lots of DVDs from them and this is the first time this has happened.

e mail them , i had one lost and there was a form you clicked through on the web site links . i think they then e mailed me a form as well.
threaten to cut the Direct debit off to stop the charge unless they get their !!! in gear . that should wake them up !!!
they then just put down as lost and send you a new dvd
the one that got lost when i returned still shows lost now 4 months later and i have not heard anything since i did the report if they charge me £20 they will be kicked very firmly into touchBetter in my pocket than theirs :rotfl:0 -
After many e-mails and a couple of phone calls and an attempted fax, I did eventually get a confirmation that they had received the lost DVD. I wonder if it was "lost" with them or did the postman decide to have a free viewing before sending it on?
All is now well.0 -

I don't think it's really to make that assumption.0 -
I posted back two DVD's in one envelope and they only acknowledged one of them! It took about 10 days to sort out, but was not charged in the end.Matched betting proceeds so far: £505.000
