Barclaycard acceptance/rejection time scale?

Hi all,

I applied for to Barclaycard via post around three weeks ago, checked my Equifax file and there is a credit search logged on the 4th of February but no record of a credit account having been opened - I've heard nothing via email or post, is this a usual timescale or am I right in thinking that a letter has perhaps gone missing?

Sorry if this is a daft question but I've only applied for a cc once before, five years ago

the only way to find out will be to contact them and ask

Agree with windbine, it seems strange that you have not heard anything. Do you have problems with receiving mail?
