Valueflora.com RIPOFF

How about this for a ripoff....

Ordered flowers for my wife to be delivered to her place of work. The normal (and free) delivery option is 3 days, so I 'upgraded' to express delivery which gave me a guaranteed delivery of today.

...flowers did not turn up.

You can't call this company you have to email them (how frustrating is this when you need a quick response to a problem!!??). They claim that the delivery option that I opted for does not guarantee delivery on the stated date (my Order Confirmation clearly states that they will be delivered today!!) and that they could take three days to be delivered. NOT very helpful when my wife's place of work will be shut over the weekend.

To cap it all, they are now ignoring all my emails!!

FUMING!!!!!!

Any ides what I should do???:mad: :mad: :mad:

    Keep at them!!

    They were doing a promo of single roses ages ago so i did one for DH and it didnt arrive the day it was suppposed to. I emailed and was told the same as you, but my email had a date of delivery. I argued and said i wanted refunded and they did it, the rose never did arrive so makes me wonder if they ever sent it at all!

    I ran a whois on their domain. Maybe give one of the numbers below a call, or write a letter to the 'registrant'?

  • i ordered off these ppl for mothers day. the bouquet was half dead when it reached my mum.i got thru to them and they said theyd resend out another bouquet and it didnt arrive........ 3 months later after several complaints my mum got another bouquet. still not satisfactory but at least more flowers was still alive.
    does my bum look big in this sig?

    I thought long and hard about ordering flowers on-line for my wife. After reading so many horror stories about some of these companies I went for the safe option and ordered them from John Lewis. Probably not the cheapest but excellent flowers , superb service and the ability to track the order on-line. I know it's a bit late for carrieparkinson but it's worth bearing in mind for the next time.

    Hmm... their name does immediately make me want to put Tesco in front of it and that probably would give a fair stab at what the quality is going to be like.
