I must be incredibly lucky because my OH has no interest in what I spend. I have full control of the finances and everything is paid on time. We are mortgage-free and debt-free and at the time of our lives when money is for enjoying:)
  • I have bought tickets for my oh's birthday to watch a band..obviously he wont be told about it as its a present

I have also bought a sneaky bath bomb and a few bits from lush as a treat for me..doubt i will tell him about them - but no doubt he will guess when i am in the bath for about 3 hours later this evening. I dont drink, i dont smoke so bathing is my relaxation lol :)

TBH he doesnt care what i spend as he knows i know how much we have in the bank and what is allocated to what bill/account etc. He knows i would never bleed us dry with random purchases!

I have bought two dresses from La Redoute. But by my reckoning I've saved him money. As, I wanted them for my birthday next month, and they were both in the sale. So, £19.50 instead of £60.00. :)
