HELP......House of Fraser Shares

Only just found out that they have been taken private by a company called Baugur. What will happen to my shares? Don't know much about share stuff - bought by ex in my name!!!

Under the terms of the merger, House of Fraser shareholders will receive 148p in cash in exchange for each share held.
The scheme of arrangement is subject to House of Fraser Shareholder approval being obtained at the meetings to be held on 3rd October 2006 and a Court hearing on 7th November 2006. If approved, the scheme will become effective on 8th November 2006.
