Disable internet virus checkers

I have just tried to update to mircorsoft internet 7.0 and at the end it says disable virus checkers and virus scanner while it loads it. But how do I do this

Have a look on the toolbar next to the clock and find your virus checker icon right click on mouse may give you the option to unload, disable
if it doesn't have the option double click on it and it should bring up a window of options0 -
