Cleaning plaster dust...again!

Hi,
Thanks for everyone who helped with my plaster dust cleaning query. I wonder if anyone can help put my mind at rest.
I have been cleaning the dust from the Kitchen floor which had asbestos containing tiles which were professionally removed.
There is still a very very thin layer of black bitumin adhesive which I don't want to scrub too hard as it may also contain asbestos.
The floor is due to be leveled and tiled tomorrow. I have washed and washed and washed the floor every time when wet it looks like it is going to be ok this time. When it dries it still looks dusty!
There is no dust that I can wipe with my hand I think it might be plaster dust from me knocking all the old plaster off which has then been trapped under the pva used to prep the walls for the new plaster.
The tiler wants to level the floor tomorrow with a latex compound suitable for over bitumin adhesive. I am worried about the stability of this compound if the foor isn't completely clean.
Any tilers out there able to help?
Cheers
