Just whats in the article (in the picture) + a small section on the front page which states; all you've got to pay for is the licence + you'll be whisked by limo to the venue.

I'm assuming from that, that they are expecting local entries but wouldn't discount entires from further afield, however, they my exclude the limo section?!?

I've e-mailed them to confirm, I'll let you know their answer.
