Do Vodafone actually still own the debt? If so, then they are responsible for the conduct of the people they contact to collect the debt.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Hi G3orge,
I’m disappointed to see how unhappy you are with the contact that has been made by DRS and I appreciate that this will be very upsetting for your mum.
If you’d like to email us via Web Relations Team we’ll be happy to look into this for you.

Personally I would invest £100 in buying truecall connect it to my mothers phone and wait, this little baby will record the conversation.
You do not need to inform the caller that you are recording it, as long as the recording is going to be used by yourself and the 3rd party. Should you involve a 3rd party then I recomment you state that the calls are being recorded.
I personally would record and not say that calls are being recorded. Then let it happen about 3 times and send complaint letter off. Then after 3 calls I would suggest that you mention calls are recorded so should you wish you can take it to a 3rd party.I all have learnt is from others on many sites.
Seek legal help if unsure.
Dont pay Private Parking tickets - they are mere invoices.

Excellent idea. The ONLY time anyone should speak to a DCA by telephone is when the conversation is recorded - it gives them rope to hang themselves with.0
