    Well I do also wish it would be so simple. Infact it is very simple, but they refuse to cooperate and there is no end of excuses (mainly blaming the computer lol).

    Now these people call themselves and market themselves as "The Cooperative Insurance" you get better customer service at Mcdonalds lol there is nothing cooperative about them. Ive been promised 6 times so far and they have yet again failed to take the action that was promised. I guess ill be making another expensive phone call tomorrow, get put on hold, and then promised again before being let down again and so on and so forth.
