Fitted Wardrobes

Has anyone heard of a company that do fitted wardrobes called Fitted Bedroom Wardrobes. I am getting more and more suspicious about this company.

Someone came round to do us a quote. It tooks weeks and weeks of pestering him for him to send it through, he had by this time forgotten all our requirements and measurements, when it did come through it came from his AOL account.

Then a surveyor came round a drew a poor diagram of the wardrobe on a pad of paper and went away asking when we could pay the deposit. I said I would phone and pay by card but he wants me to do bank transer.

Doesn't sound good - I had fitted wardrobes fitted recently and the surveyor was here a couple of hours and went in to great detail about every little item.

Roughly how much did it cost against the size?

I used KBBC - they also fitted my kitchen. Yes, I was pleased with the service - the kitchen fitters were excellent - the fitted bedroom fitters weren't quite as good - everything was ok, but they didn't pay as much attention to detail as the kitchen fitters e.g. a couple of the wardrobe handles were a few mm out of line.

I had quite a lot of fitted furniture in the bedroom as it is very small (not even 10' x 10') so I had over-bed storage, and bedside cabinets and wardrobes as well as main wardrobes and I can't remember the exact cost but it was a few thousand pounds for supply and fit.

It was expensive - but it means that I can clean the bedroom without moving any furniture which was very difficult because the room is so small.
