Further to my post on 24th feb I had not heard anything from Ruthbridge Ltd after sending them a letter telling them that the debt should now be time statute barred, until today! My wife took a call from them and is now panicing. What should I do now. Please help.0

Why panicking?

Refer the bu[STRIKE]gg[/STRIKE]ers to the celebrated retort in the matter of Arkell v.
