How long should I wait before contacting Ebay/paypal about faulty item. I received item on Monday, but item does not work - I have sent three emails to seller, I have not yet had a reply - I have had automated one asking for feedback tho!!!!
Should I contact Ebay now or do I have to wait??

You can file an "item not as described" dispute straight away, and if the seller doesn't respond within a week, you should automatically win.Should I contact Ebay now or do I have to wait??0
