Brown rice pasta is really nice, lower in GI and relatively easy to find, Tesco sell doves farm and Orgran. My GF is wheat free and I use hers all the time and prefer it now.

I recently changed to being vegan and my energy levels are sky high! I eat wheat free grains such as millet, rice etc. Anything you normally eat will be easy to replace. Try soy products, but there are some health concerns regarding them so perhaps give rice milk or oat milk a go.

I found that within a few days of eating no dairy I had fewer symptoms of acid reflux and my morning cough had disappeared.

But please do not replace what you are taking out of your diet with sugary "diet" foods. Avoid sugar as well, because it has not nutritional value. You need to ensure you are getting allt he nutrients you need and this means dramitically increasing the fruits and veg in your diet. i eat 10 portions a day as a minimum. I have lost weight and feel great. Good luck.

The juvela bread I find quite croissanty like, so it's good IMHO for a breakfast bread but wouldn't want it with soup etc

I tend to have loads of jacket potatoes and salads, I'm not that keen on gluten free pasta when cold, the consistancy isn't that good (and doesn't not go well as a pasta bake)

I wouldn't suggest cutting things out of your diet entirely - especially if you don't need to. You need these foods to get all of your daily nutrients and they are actually healthy for you. Just make some alterations in what you choose from these areas of the food pyramid! Choose whole wheat products. Stick with eggs, fat free yogurt, and low-fat (or very little) cheese. Just make some adjustments instead of taking these things out entirely. That is much more unhealthy!

    **TMI warning lol**

I've gone wheat free. It has cleared up my constant loose bowel problem and I now have much more energy.

Breakfast is WF oats - porrridge, or banana with full fat probiotic yoghurt.
Lunch - soup or rice cakes with peanut butter or cold meat or omlette.
Supper - whatever the others are having but made with WF ingredients or leaving the carbs out.

I find low carbs - not no carbs - has helped with the weight loss, I've lost 2.5 stone since the summer while eating like this.

Also I rarely bother with WF bread etc as it's grotty and I like to keep my diet to natural foods as much as poss.
