I was looking for an savings account that i can get cash out from a hole in the wall. and i will probs be putting in around 200 pounds per month.

you can get 4.25% (may go up to 4.5% cuz I don't think the rates have changed since the BOE rate went up) on the halifax websaver with cashcard
