Hi All. I've been with Smile for 3 years. There service has been really good and obviously they are a good, ethical bank. However, for an online only bank their lack of provision of a site suitable for access on a mobile phone or, preferably a mobile phone (android) app is disappointing. Just for the record, I was only answering your question, not trying to legitimise the concept of carbon neutrality, as, quite frankly, I don't know enough about the subject.

Anything I post is my opinion, so from time to time I may be wrong. I try to provide answers based in fact, however I don't know everything, so (like all posters on MSE), take what I say with a pinch of salt.
