Hi,

I am a foreign student, and have lack knowlege of regulation and rules about UK.

I have receive two letters from excel civil enforcement before X' mas and I contacted them try to negotiate to pay instalment, but they reject. I am not sure it is reasonable and I was overlook it because I was back to my home town and I was totally forgot it until I have receive another two letter recently.

However, this two letter are from M3PR (Specialist enforcement removal contractors) which indicate they will attend and remove my goods unless I contact Excel Civil Enforcement and pay the fees in next 5 days. I have google the M3PR, and haven't got any information about it, but I found that this letter might send from Excel civil enforcement ltd (the address and postcode show on the letter).

I can not afford it, because it about 550 pounds in total. I don't have any work and all my living expenses are from my parents.

I don't know what can I do now. After I view the information on website, still haven't got the answer. Therefore, does anyone could help me solve the problem, I am very appreciate if you can reply me as soon as possible.

Here are the letter I received How can I know the letter from PPC or not?

If you have been moving around, it’s quite possible it was sent to a previous address.

Did you ask where? How? etc?

I would have thought you should be finding that out so that you can see if whatever 'fine' this is was fair?

I did ask them and sounds I was actually parked there during that time, if in this situation what should I do?
  • I think Excel Civil Enforcement is one of the scam private parking ticket companies, in which case they cannot make you pay anything.

This thread could do with being on the parking board, where there are members who know about this sort of thing.

Unless you have court papers then totally ignore excel they are a pathetic excuse for a PPC, in fact they are all useless! It will not go anywhere near a court and the invoices are not enforceable.

But can you scan the letters you have removing personal details so we can look over what they have said to you, post it up on tinypic, and post link here remove http part of link so you can post up
Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?

Before I move from Wales to Scotland, they have lock my wheel and asked me to pay for 500 pound and I have no chance hence I paid and ask for a formal receipt. But I don"t know why still have unpay fines coming. They said these are different fines.

Could you please tell me the link of parking board? Thanks a lot
