Unless you have court papers then totally ignore excel they are a pathetic excuse for a PPC, in fact they are all useless! It will not go anywhere near a court and the invoices are not enforceable.
But can you scan the letters you have removing personal details so we can look over what they have said to you, post it up on tinypic, and post link here remove http part of link so you can post up
Thank you for you comment, I will post it when I go home.
I have moved, so it is possible they have send the court paper to my old address, but they send this fines to my new address, I just confuse they also can send the court paper forward to new address, but they didn't0 -

Remove http from your post then you can post linkExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
Do you really need to ask what kind of people run parking companies?0 -
Looking at those letters, I guess the PPC issued court summons sending them to your old address, and owing to you not knowing about it got a default judgement, getting "excel civil enforcement" in on the act to get you to part with your money
In which case if you still have a car, move it and park it somewhere safe, like a friends house.
However as M3PR seem to be new boys on the block so it might be them sending scary letters in an effort for you to pay-up0 -

Default judgement? so what can I do now? I still have the car, but if I park the car somewhere, they can track it, because late time when they locked my wheel, they said they could track where my car is.
Another question, I have search "Excel civil enforcement", they haven't got branch in Scotland, I am in Scotland right now, will they travel to Scotland to move my car?0 -
I have remove http, but still can't show the image
Just leave the link without http on it, we can add that afterExcel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?

This is not a PPC charge, it is enforcement of an official council ticket from TEC. http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/cms/7006.htm
These are real bailiffs and can seize the car! He needs to go to http://www.bailiffadviceonline.co.uk/
I think we have been thrown by "Excel". The OP needs advice on how to deal with these matters before his car gets clamped again! OP you need to keep your car hidden!0
