I do work for BG you are correct but I am the most unbias guy you'll meet in regards to thisIm so Commited to the cause im with EDF myself however I am not sticking up for BG in anyway.
The issue I have is the way the media portait the new as it is all doom and gloom e.g. A lady on Daybreak this morning was saying how BG just increased her bills with absolutley no notice which is totally incorrect she was given a months notice to which she could have rejected the price increase and switched supplier. It just seems BG take the brunt of it every year when they don't get everything wrong SSE make very tidy profits every year as do all supplier's but they all bring qualities to UK economy, if BG wasn't there im sure it would just be some other foreign owned supplier anyway.
Backfoot another quality post as usual mate Customer Service is a hit or a miss with any supplier i.e my ongoing issue with EDF but it really depends on who you speak to as to the quality of the service, Outbound Sales of energy is a sector to which there is practically no training given, The agents are taught more sales techniques than "Energy Training" which leads to mis-selling because they are given high targets to acheive I guess this is the same with all suppliers as we get them on or doorsteps and phones talking absolute crap to us and not even asking what tariff we are on to compare us against theres.
The supermarket comparison is not accurate but I think you know what angle I am coming from here. His Heart Proved He Was A RedSuarez, SuarezWe Bought The Lad From AmsterdamWe Know He's Not a Chelsea Fan.Fernando Torres = El Judas0 -
