If that is meant to be Spanish then it is likely to be Talones de hoteles. I think it is like a voucher thing for hotels that lets you have them cheaper. I have never used one so I cannot tell if they are any good. I mention it in case you want to do your search again.

Cashback may also be an option.
Fatcheese gives 10% and Topcashback 6.06% and Quidco 6%.

Topcashback would match the Fatcheese 10% and also give top-ups, so worth a try if booking one of those rooms.

No you have to do it by availability, the same hotel room might be 1, 2 or 3 or even 4 talones at different times.
