A spot check audit is not uncommon in many financial organisations.

If you have no nothing to hide. Then you shouldn't be worrying.

Friday is normal completion day for mortgages. So depends where's yours is in the queue.

It all went through at 3.30pm, but I still would not recommend this company!

Congrats. We got our keys just last month - our "big name" lender still hadn't got the offer right (despite assurances they would) even the day before completion - repeatedly kept trying to give us too much money!!!

Still, it was alright on the night as they say... just a lot of stress, so not restricted to lesser known lenders... they're all useless!
