TalkTalk bills

My talktalk bills have more than doubled in the last two months. This is due to their claim that phone calls have been made before 1900. I always double check the time on the radio or on the TV and wait till 1902 etc before calling. Their records have the time as being as early as ~18:54. Unfortunately the recipient's provider doesn't log incoming telephone calls so there is little I can do.
Any ideas?

Hmmm, difficult to prove after the event, but perhaps calling your or someone elses mobile which will record the time of the call, then seeing what time TT record the call on the next bill ,l as this might give you some ammunition? This obvioulsy means spending more money on the call, then waiting for your next bill - even then they may not believe you!
What about calling TT helpline and asking them to confirm what time they think it is (allowing for time difference to India....).
Its always going to be your word against theirs and you may need to accurately record all your calls for a time to build up your own record.
If your calls add up to a few bob though, it may be worth the pain and escalate it with a letter or email. I know there's a TT rep somewhere on this site who might take up your case?
I'm with TT & will deffo be checking my bills now!
Good luck!
Even more extreme, a photo, or video of you calling a number with the time/date in the background, eg on the TV guide etc. Don't know how you'd get them to see it unless you could upload it somewhere and give TT the link?0
