Started doing a back up everything was going fine until one of the kids decided to click the stop scan at 91% now the hard drive wont open either from the outside of the tower or via the control panel, when i click it to eject on the control panel i get an error message " An error occurred while ejecting dvd rw drive jan 27 2010" i can hear the machine revving as if the disc is turning but nothing is happening and it wont let me re-start the back. Can anyone help me please.
