Unsuccessful Listing

Just wondered if anyone could see any immediate problem with my uncles listing as to why it isn't selling?

Wow I would not pay nearly £50 for a jumper and that picture of the brown one makes it look an icky uneven colour and you can see creases etc and its been put on the floor.
Also the cardigan one with the stock photo may be putting some people off.
If you are selling different sizes you should really have a drop down menu or something in the BIN as you dont say how many of each size etc you have or anything- your listing could be reported for offering a choice in the listing instead of listing correctly - thereby circumventing ebay fees.
What may be putting people off is your low feedback history and high RRP items.
Also are you a business? as buying clothes to sell on = registering as a business.0 -
Hmm, just had a quick google and finding penguin items cardigans etc cheaper or around the same price from places like asos.com, people may just be more inclined to buy such high value designer items from what they see as established stores like asos, for instance.
There are so many fakes on ebay I think people can be very cautious, but obviously a lower price attracts them elsewhere
As above using stock photos only always puts me off0 -
Plus your font - does it need to be that big?If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0

Not enough feedback for the price of the item at the moment. I would be too concerned it was fake.0

I did a quick search and there are quite a few other BNWT penguin jumpers for sale - you definitely need to improve your photos i would say to compete, and perhaps have a best offer option as well or lower your prices?0

Too expensive, too low feedback and savvy buyers tend not to trust new sellers who are in breach of ebay rules re choice auctions.
You also appear to have overlooked your business registration, so again to a lot of buyers it makes you look like a scammer.
EDIT for your own protection you should be looking at using special delivery, although for the additional I assume you are self insuring should the items not arrive?I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Just for your own interest take a look at this other auction chosen at random:

cheaper than yours (and not the cheapest by any means) good professional layout, business seller and a full returns policy.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. On the 2nd listing, why did you add the stupid question to your listing?! It makes you look like a bit of a tool TBH:j30/7/10:j

I would say that there being no size in the title might mean that not many people would have seen the listing. If i was looking to buy a man's jumper i'd put something like "men's m jumper" in the search bar.0
