Hi everyone, welcome to the March 2011
    Bankruptcy Club.

This club is for everyone who has gone through the process of Bankruptcy during March 2011. So please feel free to join and post.

Pop your name on here, the date that you went Bankrupt and the stage that you are at now in your Bankruptcy. And then just keep everyone in the club updated throughout the next year about your journey through Bankruptcy. That way we can all stick together and compare notes and we will be there to support each other throughout the different stages in our Bankruptcy.

Remember this is your board so keep posting.

Obviously anyone can come on here and post anything that will help us all and you are all welcome. Any important questions that do need answering are maybe still better posted on the main board but if you do put it on here, then maybe we can help each other.

Hopefully it will be an extra place for friendship and support as we compare notes and discuss what is happening with our Bankruptcies.

Please leave a post when you have been declared BR, and I will update the list.

*PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE TOO MUCH INFO, THE IS ARE KNOWN TO FREQUENT THIS SITE AND TOO MUCH INFO MAY MAKE IT POSSIBLE TO IDENTIFY INDIVIDUAL CASES, SO KEEP INFO TO A MINIMUM, ie USERNAME AND DATE ONLY."

  • Hi, I was meant to join the club in February but raising the fee didn't go to plan! I joined the club this week on Tuesday (8th March) :) I've managed to rack up 40k of debt in about 10 years, starting with my first credit card at 18 and ended up in the vicious circle of taking out one loan to pay off another. I don't feel bad or guilty about filing for bankruptcy, if the banks can get bailed out for billions then 40k is nothing really! Already had a letter from a business who can 'help' me if my house has equity in it! Such vultures must send these to anyone who is mentioned in the paper. I'm looking forward to the future and yesterday I got invited for a job interview! Have a nice day everyone ;) Lisa

What paper is that i thought that had stopped. And only appeared in the London gazette

HM. Lisa was referring to the London Gazzette, where morgage protection fund companies get our addresses from.

Please if your quoting a post could you press the quote button of person you wish to quote, less confusing this way.

    Best wishes
