Hi, I have all my forms ready just need to sort out some Direct debits from one account to another and will probably take forms to court on monday. I have heard theres about a 3 week wait for a court date round here but would like to be done before end of March. I've had an awful run of events leading to this, personal that have then affected financial because I'm self employed. I'm hoping this will allow me some reprieve from the phone calls which leave me permanently anxious and maybe even a bit of a fresh start.

Been to court today...quite simple really, We arived 15 mins prior to appointment ,were told to take a seat in the waiting area then were taken into a little office type room were a nice lady checked our forms over. then we signed them, handed over the fees and she said she was just going to see the judge. 15 mins or so later she came back with a recipt and said "thats it, all done" and gave us our BR number.

She said everything looks fine and the OR will give you a call sometime within the next few days.

I thought the OR telephone interview was going to be at a set time arranged by them but she said if we missed the call to just call back whenever we can!

Was a strange feeling leaving the court but such a sense of relief. Got home and plugged the phone in for the first time in months and wrote a post it not with our BR number and OR office address on and stuck it near the phone.

It did not take long for the phone to ring and just told the the details for OR etc and not to call again.

Looking forward to a good nights sleep tonight hopefully without the laying awake worrying...Nice bottle of white will help also!

Welcome to all the folks who have joined the club whilst I've been away for the last few days. Not looking forward to next Thursday but I know it'll be the right thing to do.
