Paying Mortgage Interest

in Benefits & tax credits
ESA because i could provide all the information about my re mortgageable history and the fact they will only pay interest for home improvements. I decided because they would only be paying a half the monthly intent.

So i decided to ESA payment by itself.

At the moment 12 months interest only payment with my mortgage. This runs out in July this year.
