I share a property with my mother im her main carer both our names are on the deeds. I think its being in close proximity with each other the argument are becoming worse. Im now thinking it was a mistake to move in with her. My question is if I leave as I'm on the deeds will she have to buy me out. I really couldnt afford to move somewhere without the money from the property and I think it would make our relationship better not being in each other pockets

She would only have to buy you out or come to some arrangement should she need to sell the property, not to compensate you should you choose to move out if she didn't want to.
What arrangements would be made for your mother's care should you not be available any longer?0 -
You can move out and remain part-owner (ie still on the deeds). But if you
then either your mum will have to buy you out, or someone else will. Not many people will buy half a property with an elderly (I assume) lady in residence! Have you a brother/sister?couldnt afford to move somewhere without the money from the property0
