Hi,
I went to the dentist a few days ago and was advised to obtain a form which would allow me not to pay for the dental costs,
I'm 19 years old and Completing a foundation degree course.
Any help is appreciated,
Thanks

Yep, you need an HC1 form, which you fill in with all your financial info and if successful you get an HC2 certificate which gives you free dentist, free eye tests, free prescriptions etc. Basically like you're a child again. Many many students (including me!) have one.0
